How to Make Mozzarella Cheese
In a large pot, bring a gallon of water to a boil.
In a large bowl, break up the mozzarella curd into small pieces. Coat the curd with 2 tablespoons of salt, and set aside.

If I know there is an air dryer, I am opening the door with toilet paper. I can’t believe 99 out of 100 public bathrooms are still fine with the handle on the inside business. It’s ridiculous.

Just to clear it up, I wasn’t fired via text message today. One of my friends at our bar was let go through text. I was pretty much told I can fuck off when I had my shifts cut in half. That forced me to get a new job, and fire myself, so I wouldn’t need to be paid unemployment. Not what you’d expect from someone who employed you for two and a half years, and put you through...
I wonder when people will stop using the word “stumbled” on yelp.
Nothing says class like firing an employee via text message with no warning or actual reasoning.
