So i’m the bar manager at a new restaurant in Old City in Philly. Who wants to help me with a German beer bar’s cocktail menu? I’m thinking house made dirty pickle martini, gin and tonic with caraway seeds, apple Collins, and something mean and nasty with jäger or goldschlager. Give me some ideas?
