Anthony Bourdain - THE French Laundry Experience. 

If you own one cookbook.  If you ever want to cook through an entire cookbook…this would be the one.  You’ll have more frustration trying to emulate the recipes written in the book, but just attempting it will teach you how much more there is out there (and how little you really know).  But that wouldn’t be Keller’s way anyway.  He says each chef prepares food differently, even while following a recipe.  If you appreciate food in any way, please watch this video.  It’s THE elite way to cook.
