I’m eating extra healthy today. In doing so, I’ve found how to make the perfect #softboiledegg, without any nonsense of bringing the eggs to room temperature and doing a dance around them to make sure they’re ready to be soft boiled. Ready?

Cover 3-4 eggs in lukewarm tap water. Being them to a boil. Immediately rinse them with cold water once boiling begins for 4-5 times. Crack them open by tapping a large spoon around the top third of the egg, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
