The place is called Bierstube!  It’s at 2nd and Market.  206 Market St.

It means tavern/small place to have a beer.

I can’t tell you how excited I am.  This is the third restaurant I have had a hand in opening.  The owner of @eulogybar, Mike, had moved me around from utility player bartender/server at working all shifts bartending and serving, and now I’m being given the reigns to run the bar.  It feels great.

So i’m the bar manager at a new restaurant in Old City in Philly. Who wants to help me with a German beer bar’s cocktail menu? I’m thinking house made dirty pickle martini, gin and tonic with caraway seeds, apple Collins, and something mean and nasty with jäger or goldschlager. Give me some ideas?
